We are pleased to announce the “Chinese Ambassador Fund at the University of Cyprus”, an exciting initiative from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Cyprus. This initiative aims to enhance the relations between Cyprus and China, by supporting creative and innovative projects that have proven impact in bringing the people of the two countries together, characterized by professionalism and hold media report value.

The “Chinese Ambassador Fund” provides partial financial support to UCY students, academic and administrative staff, for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to lectures, seminars, cultural events, research projects, and digital campaigns.

Please find here the Application Form, which contains detailed information on the selection criteria, possible eligible activities, funding, and the terms and conditions. Please carefully review the attached document before submitting your application. You may submit an application for new or already completed activities.

Completed Application Forms can be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than Friday, 25th April 2025. All applications will be evaluated and successful applicants will receive a formal notification.
